It is about 10 km from Antalya city center. It takes its source from the Kepez Hydroelectric Power Plant and emerges at the point called Düdenbaşı. It divides into two branches along the Düden Stream. Its branch, Aşağı Düden (or Karpuzkaldıran Waterfall), which is about 7 km away from Antalya, and its branch, which is 1 km away from Varsak, is Yukarı Düden Waterfall. The waterfalls divided into these two branches flow into the Mediterranean.
